2. Overview

This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies, no analytics services and loads no resources from third-party servers (in particular no Google Fonts, maps or social media plugins). All fonts and scripts are served from this server.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. (61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus). When you visit it, technically necessary data is processed in server log files (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type, referrer). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR exists with the hosting provider.

4. Contact form

If you use the contact form, your name, email address, subject and message are processed solely to handle your request and are delivered to me by email. The data is not stored in a database of this website. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or the initiation of a contractual relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To prevent abuse, a non-reversible hash of your IP address is stored for at most one hour to limit the number of requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your request is deleted once it has been dealt with and no statutory retention duties apply.

5. Contact by email

If you contact me by email, your details are stored to process your request. I do not pass this data on without your consent.

6. Fonts and scripts

The fonts used (e.g. Inter, Montserrat, JetBrains Mono) are hosted locally on this server. No connection is made to Google or any other third-party servers.

7. External links

If you click an external link (e.g. LinkedIn or GitHub) you leave this website; the respective provider is responsible for processing there.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR), and the right to withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. Please use the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
